Hospitality. I found Biverah hotel staff as friendly. I was with mother who is old and did not like much traveling so had to spend a lot of time in the hotel. break fast, helpfull staff,quite atmosphere. Restaurant staff needs a little training about serving. Never provided tissues when we ordered room service.We had to order food many times during our stay. The towels they provided to the room were worn out and it has changed to grey colour. Towels need to be replaced with new ones immediately. When I said I booked the hotel through letsbookhotel.com and my rates should be accordingly. They answered that I had checked in as a regular customer. So the whole purpose of using this site was lost.
