I am totally impressed with the level of service provided by everyone, from the spa therapists, to the receptionists, and the waiters. We were treated to sumptious meals at the eating places at all times. The food was spectacular. Kapithan Inn is very nice hotel to stay in Kerala. We really like this place. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They help us with all trips and taxi to Airport, train and bus tickets. Also is hotel situated in calm place but in the centre of Fort Cochin, near are all sights you should see. We hope to visit them again.
