  Kapithan Inn is very nice hotel to stay in Kerala. We really like this place. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They help us with all trips and taxi to Airport, train and bus tickets. Also is hotel situated in calm place but in the centre of Fort Cochin, near are all sights you should see. We hope to visit them again.... wat mensen zeggen » - the hospitality provided was brilliant and the staff were very friendly. The place faces a playground. and it was fun relaxing in the evening watching the kids play. a very silent and serene environment. Will definitely recommend to everyone looking for a holiday in Kochi.

  We stayed in one of the suite rooms which consisted of a nice room with ac, tv with loads of channels and an attached bathroom plus a lounge area kitchen and large terrace shared with one other suite room. I would recommend it for the little extra it costs. The location is excellent right in the centre of Fort Kochi surrounded by cool shops and r... wat mensen zeggen » estaurants. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They booked us a great backwaters trip and our onward travel to Munnar hillstation - This is superior budget option with internet cafe, food cafe, tour advice, backwater boat tickets, and really smart and interesting staff who will do everything to make an excellent stay in Kochi. Also comfortable rooms with 24 hour hot water.

  This was a fabulous place to stay and I highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded our expectations - beginning with the manager's suggestion to our cab driver to take the ferry over from the airport in order to avoid heavy traffic at the time we arrived. The room was spacious, quiet, cool (ac), clean and decorated with beautiful wood pieces of furniture. T - We liked the location as it is a little more peaceful than other areas and a short walking distance to the centre of Fort Kochi. The Restaurant Oceanos is certainly one of the best in Fort Kochi. ( A sister restaurant, Fusion Bay, was recommended and we went there and it was equally good) We were upgraded and the room was very comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. We explored other hotels while there, but would probably go back to the Elphinstone.

  I arrived at 6am and was checked into my room without question. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast basic but adequate. The location in Fort Kochin is perfect. If you need transport they will arrange (I suggest tuk tuk driver Kahmed Siyad 91-999 548 2172 who took me to some fascinating places away f... wat mensen zeggen » rom the tourist traps). The management at the hotel are eager to please, they will arrange for you to see the local cultural show, recommend decent re - We were met at 11:00 at night after a very long day of travel and an hour taxi ride from the airport by a very nice young man. He didn't speak much English, but he managed to satisfy our need which were many unfortunately. We ended up tipping him extra at the end of our stay because of how he went out of his way to help us. The location gave us easy walking distance to most attractions.

  When we arrived at Daffodil we were very impressed with the cleanliness, manner of staff and the home style feeling. Throughout out stay, Kumar was very helpful wth advice and making arrangements. We are originally only going to stay for a day or two, but we like Cochin so much we ended up staying 5 days. Highly recommended for a nice relaxed an - Highly recommend this place. Excellent breakfast, friendly and supportive staff. Kumar (manager) helped me out in any situation and even took care of me when I was in Munnar. I've never experienced such a hospitality before. Thank you again, Kumar, you're just the best!

  The family were the nicest, kindest, most hospitable people you could wish to meet. I cannot recommend this place enough. Philip and Mary- Ann are the best hosts and will give you the best intro to Kerala - I liked the worm welcoming from Mary and Philip. Only due to Mary I could have my Vodafone mobile SIM Card activated
