  I have been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Chennai over the last years. This is a very fine hotel with great rooms and very good service. - Nice rooftop restaurant. Not as anonymous as many business hotels. Great they have an ecological approach.

  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. None of them lingered around us for tips and were genuinely ready to render help (carry our bags, help my elderly father who came to visit, getting us an auto at 5am etc). We were very impressed with Somerset Greenways that we have already recommended the place to many friends and family. They took my list of business contacts and arranged them such that I would spend the maximum time with customers and the minimum time in the car driving around town. From clean and incredibly comfortable beds to amazing food and facilities, it was everything we could have hoped for. The staff was one of the best parts!   This seems to be the classic mid range hotel in India - a quite decent hotel in a very grotty street. Staff were friendly, everything worked, breakfast was OK - I liked the service and the design. The location. Small place more comfort. Friendly staff. Excellent pizza.
