Staff were very professional and quick to solve any issues. Rooms were really well Extra bed was only a mattress on the floor but still v comfortable! Heater provided free of charge. Gym (though small). Staff are friendly and helpful. Location was next to my project so I could walk to work. The hotel is very clean. Good value for money. Also liked the hotels mascot "Ouch" the dog with the guards.

Often out of some basic spirits and wine listed on the Menu. It's very expensive. If it will Give discount on my next visit then I'll definitely stay at there . Otherwise it's good to stay . No comments. The Key tag should be electronic and not heavy metallic keychain of yesteryears. they had no travel desk and they had a bus booking made from outside and these outsiders charged fity percent of the bus ticket as their commission. as we were first timers we had no idea about the bus fare nor was it told to us on phone by the hotel staff, Mr sauruv, that the commission would be Rs 200 on a bus ticket of Rs 500. they need to be more careful in disclosing the information andit amounts to miselling. Location is bad , very shady area. Location under development. Nothing. We found Swimming pool is completely different what the hotel claim in the letsbookhotel.com website, its really small, what ever they should put the real pictures of the exact hotel rather than the pictures of the chain hotel.
