This is a very well run hotel. It is privately owned and it shows as they try harder to please their customers than many of the international chains that I have stayed in. It is ideal for anyone who wants a centrally based and extremely good value hotel in central Bangalore with a good sized, well maintained double room with A/C and fast and cheap wifi internet access, but doesn't need the extras like a swimming pool, gym etc that you usually end up paying for and never getting to use! This hotel offers excellent service with a smile. The management is excellent. Over the past year I have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are comfortable and clean including the bathrooms. I travel a lot by train and bus and therefore like that the hotel is in walking distance of the Majestic bus station and train station. If you take an auto rickshaw you can be at the famed M.G. road in 15min. The hotel has an attached restaurant that serves excellent food and has 24 hr room service. - Derek

I liked this hotel however, I was under the impression it was closer to the bars and shopping in the city centre than it actually was. But if you don't mind a bit of an exciting ride in a tuk tuk for 20 mins (the traffic in Bangalore is atrocious) then it isn't a problem. I cannot recommend the complimentary breakfast enough. The hotel restaurant is actually a street restaurant which also serves the hotel and is worth staying here just for the dosas. Really! - Claire
