  The staff were amazing. Michael is the only name I can remember and he was such a nice guy. Really friendly. The others were too. Was just like hanging out with your friends. Not overbearing at all just all genuinely nice people. Little touches like using your name and being pleased to see you make you feel so welcome. They will even get a tuk tuk for yo - Of all the many hotels I stayed in Kerala this has to be the best - and given the standard of hotels we visited, that really is saying something. The whole hotel and the room were well decorated and clean, the whole hotel feeling very homely and relaxing. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and treats you like royalty. Seriously good!!

  Our stay at Cosy Regency was longer than expected because of a two day strike in Allepey where everything was shut down. We could not go on the Houseboat and had to sit in the hotel and watch the monsoon. The staff looked after us and all meals were up on the rooftop restaurant. The food was good. - Staff were extremely helpful, especially when I... wat mensen zeggen » was unwell. They went out of their way to get us to a private hospital, then accompanied us to make sure everything was understood. Facilities were good but be aware the hot water needs to be turned on by the staff.
