  Wonderful location, superb hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Restaurants serve great food, all rooms with views of the Taj. Free golf buggy transfers to the Taj. Great swimming pool. What else do you want? If it is in your budget, stay here. - Everything The staff were great and tended to our every need. The bar staff were very nice and gave us agift on our anniversary. The in room balcony dinner was superb and made our special night even more memorable.

  Excellent hotel for the price. The location is awesome. You can buy the Tickets to the taj at the reception and they can arrange for the shuttle to stop at the hotel for going to the Taj Mahal. Special mention to the Front office manager Anand who helped us for smallest of issues. Even the gm was excellent.The gm personally checked our feedback on... wat mensen zeggen » the hotel. We had 3 rooms to us and as my mother was old, we had asked for a late checkout for one of the rooms and they politely accepted our reques - Reception was good. Mr. Anand was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect for visit to Taj Mahal. Food was good but could improve. The roof top was a nice place to hangout. The swimming pool looked very nice but I couldn't use it since water was too cold. Will definitely go back whenever possible. All in all was a good experience. I would recommend this hotel to all.

  I stayed at sai palace for one nights to see the sites. The location was spot on, only 2 mins walk from the south gate of the taj. Big bed, with bathroom for 775 Rs. staff was good..location was perfect.... food was ok but little costly. - The room/rate/payment were all exactly as advertised.   Very, very convenient for the Taj Mahal, which, afer all, is the real reaon to go to Agra. 5-minute walk to the ticket office; whch is very useful if you want to see the Taj at dawn. (Recommended.) Helpful staff (especially Joseph, and his brother). Family atmosphere. Perfectly safe and secure. Good place to meet other people - share trips t... wat mensen zeggen » ogether, etc, if you want to do so. Overall, recommend it strongly. - The guest house is extremely lovely. The family that own this place are very nice people. They are ready to help you with any problem. It's located in about 5 minutes of walk from the place where you can buy a ticket and catch a golf car to Taj Mahal. Food is also very testy there. I highly recommend this place to people who are looking for a guest house where can they stay for a couple of days.

  The staff were amazing, the hotel is new, clean and felt very luxurious, especially for the reasonable price paid! I doubt you will get better value for money elsewhere in Agra! The rooftop restaurant was fantastic too! - Well located ( 10 minutes walk to Taj Mahal ). Clean hotel, no insect in the room compare to many hotels. Good staff
