  great value/price ratio! hotels for double the price don't offer this much. also: great location! besides the room you pay for, you also get a computer (in the hall) with broadband, AND a shared kitchen with appliances, which only makes the price even lovelier. fridge, coffee-maker, dishes, sink, toaster, dining table, etc.. guests are free to use... wat mensen zeggen » all of these. the walls are thin but we didn't have any related issues. the heating was excellent. a roll-down canvas shades the morning sun, everyth - My feeling was very good. We arrived later but staff was OK to wait for us after 11pm. Artist residence is big flat, in the middle is kitchen and there is 8 rooms to sleep, each room has lock code. Toilet and bathroom was very good, clean and there was also hairdryer. Our room was small but OK and we had balcony and city view. People staying there were friendly and helpful. There is PC with internet free of charge for use. Location is very good, just 3 station by tram from city center and 2 fro

  Do not be put off by the hotel's entrance, which is via the Elit Bar. The reception area is behind the bar and opens out into a courtyard. The accommodation area is very nicely decorated and the rooms are clean, comfortable and very tasteful. Breakfast is generous and includes healthy options. The staff are friendly and very helpful. T - The beds were clean and very comfy, the shower room was clean and modern. The room overall was quite and in good order. We were able to leave our luggage in the breakfast room fter we had checked out. The hotel is reached through a small pub which sold draft Gosser larger and some quick bites - perfect after a late night flight.

  Very clean, good quality interior, back rooms a little smaller than front ones but very quiet indeed. We could sleep with an open window. Good breakfast 7-10am, replenished regularly: fried, boiled, scrambled eggs, bacon (but rather fatty), hot sausages, beans, cold meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits, yoghurts, various breads, nice little... wat mensen zeggen » sweet pastries etc. We didn't hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms, except one evening when a chair was moved across a floor (floors are wo - 1. Localization- city center, close to restaurants, touristic atractions- amazing restaurant at the same street- opposite to the one with buffet. 2. placed in an historic building( do not pay attention to the entrance;-)) 1st floor with no elevator but not a problem. 3. very helpfull and taking care receptionists.4. Very clean and warm... wat mensen zeggen » ( it was 19th of december and we opened window in the middle of the night) room mostly with rose colurs. 5. furnitured simple, basic way but - The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

  Good location, in the middle of VIII district, just a short walk from underground (Blaha Lujza ter or Kalvin ter), restaurants, cafes. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel which is open till 10 p.m. Very nice breakfast, delicious coffee, very helpful and hospitable staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Budapest. - Loved this small, thoughtfully decorated hotel. Small, intimate and lots of attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Went out of their way to help us with visiting sites, getting taxis, etc. Very reasonably priced, good location. We missed our connection to Budapest because of weather and thus forfeited a night we had paid for at the Beletage, but the hotel let us have a free night on our return! We were impressed - thank you!

  The location was perfect - within walking distance to all the main sites of Pest, and close to the metro for the sites not within walking distance. The apartment was well-stocked with hair dryer, iron/ironing board, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. There was plenty of space for our family. We traveled with 2 young children (4.5 and 2) and the staff ... wat mensen zeggen » provided a cot and high chair for us at no extra charge. There was a small balcony with chairs if it was warmer we could have enjoyed it. The best par - Everything was up to perfect. Apartment nice furnished and very clean. Location in center of city with private parking. Good WiFi and also washing machine and all other assets you might need. Especially I wanna mention the very nice contact who was expecting us very kindly (although we failed to provide our expected arrival time), explained everything very detailed and helpfully (so there were no questions left in the first place) and even helped readily with additional things like money exchan
