It was an apartment and not a hotel and obviously you know that before booking so do not expect the hotel reception or Breakfast.
For an apartment it was really good and the staff quite helpful in a way that they send me the email couple of days back confirming my arrival alongwith the travel direction from airport.
Location excellent as it is in the Pest area and i guess Buda area has quite costly hotels.
It is diagonally opposite to the Great Synagogue, 10 min from Opera House, 10 min to St.

My feeling was very good. We arrived later but staff was OK to wait for us after 11pm. Artist residence is big flat, in the middle is kitchen and there is 8 rooms to sleep, each room has lock code. Toilet and bathroom was very good, clean and there was also hairdryer. Our room was small but OK and we had balcony and city view. People staying there were friendly and helpful. The beds were clean and very comfy, the shower room was clean and modern. The room overall was quite and in good order. We were able to leave our luggage in the breakfast room fter we had checked out. The hotel is reached through a small pub which sold draft Gosser larger and some quick bites - perfect after a late night flight.

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about
Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was
nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing
outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at
breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport
transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she
couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)

Loved this small, thoughtfully decorated hotel. Small, intimate and lots of attention to detail. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Went out of their way to help us with visiting sites, getting taxis, etc. Very reasonably priced, good location. We missed our connection to Budapest because of weather and thus forfeited a night we had paid for at the Beletage, but the hotel let us have a free night on our return! We were impressed - thank you!

of Pest, and close to the metro for the sites not within walking
distance. The apartment was well-stocked with hair dryer,
