For the price the appartment was exceptional. Many of the fixtures were brand new, including a power shower. Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. We had a large apartment that was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

It was an apartment and not a hotel and obviously you know that before booking so do not expect the hotel reception or Breakfast.
For an apartment it was really good and the staff quite helpful in a way that they send me the email couple of days back confirming my arrival alongwith the travel direction from airport.
Location excellent as it is in the Pest area and i guess Buda area has quite costly hotels.
It is diagonally opposite to the Great Synagogue, 10 min from Opera House, 10 min to St.

The beds were clean and very comfy, the shower room was clean and modern. The room overall was quite and in good order. We were able to leave our luggage in the breakfast room fter we had checked out. The hotel is reached through a small pub which sold draft Gosser larger and some quick bites - perfect after a late night flight.

The staff at the guesthouse were very friendly and informative about
Budapest. The rooms were big and bright and cleaned every day. It was
nice and warm inside (which made a big difference when it was snowing
outside). There was a wide variety of different food options at
breakfast, so everyone is catered for. They even organised airport
transfer to/from the airport. I stayed here with my mum and she
couldnt fault the place. We both loved it! :)
