  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and everything looks new, but don't expect a lot of free space. Breakfast was excellent with a - Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

  We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later. Don't go to the little extra island in winter though- it's al - The apartment was in a convenient location, clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our "home from home" during our 3 days in Budapest and would definitely aim to stay here again on any future visit to Budapest.
