  Close to the station, could put laundry outside to dry. Wifi was good. Please note: If arriving by train, go out the underpass to the back of the station. Don't go to the front and then have to lug your bag back down, under and up. Would be good if the hotel directions stated this fact. (only 3min from south exit). Clean and comfortable.

  Perfect location near the town center, not far from the railway station either, kind staff provided good breakfast, comfort stay in the room equiped with mirrors all around the bed, special and exotic atmosphere - Very friendly and helpful stuff.   Cosy quiet hotel, loved it! Excellent location in the the old town. Good breakfast. Gated parking available next to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - they even gave us their körözött recipe we particularly liked.   If you want 5 star luxury this is not for you. But for a few Euros you get your own little 'bungalow' that can sleep 4. It has its own bathroom with shower and hot water. Very basic but clean, and the owner very friendly. Is quite noisy with the main road and rail-line near by. You also get free use of a bike. The main road through Gyor is very dr... wat mensen zeggen » ab.But go down the side roads and a very pretty town appears with lots of eating and drinking places. - Great place to take a rest in a long drive. We tarveled from Greece to Poland and have a night there. Our GPS guied us precisely to the camping entrance. Friendly and competent owner. She know some words in German, less in English, but you will manage to communicate with her. Bungalows with bathrom, clean, little bit old. Big terain arund, a lot of place. As a budget palce to stay it is great. About 3 km to the old town.
