  The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were there to help you, but in a very distinct way. The rooms were specious and very comfortable and the amazing was that all rooms have sea view.   The owners were really very helpful and e-mailed us before we set off to ask if we needed a taxi organised. This was so helpful. I have two boys and they were made to feel really special. One of the boys had gotten something stuck under the front door and Nikos took time and taught them how to remove it, The maid was lovely. Really friendly and ch... wat mensen zeggen » atty. When my little boy was sick she gave me the number of her own pediatrician and showed me where he was rather than paying 80 euro at the medical - Teo was a very helpful staff member; he was at your assistance when needed. The staff were good at resolving any issues we had. Teo and George were kind enough to give a goodbye gift. If we wanted to travel somewhere, the staff were able to book a taxi for us. They recommended a few places where is good to go see.

  Great location - a short walk from the seafront, beaches and main strip, which is ok but even better, a few minutes' drive up the hill (walkable if fitter and less lazy than me!) are delightful twin villages with as many good eateries as you could wish for. One in particular always has a queue outside. Bite the bullet and wait at least one evening... wat mensen zeggen » - it's worth it! Less than half an hour from Heraklion airport. - We loved staying at Elia and Tina apartments. It is a very beautiful and quiet location, yet a short walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Constantina provided a full, homemade breakfast, including her own from-scratch, delicious jams and marmalades, pastries and rolls. She is a very gracious hostess.

  Dimitris as manager was very helpful and so nice with everybody! Not so easy to find appartments but just ask to people to find it in old village. Our group spent very nice time there, sure we'll come back again! - Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious.
