  Nefeles Luxury Suites is very conveniently located on the rim of the Caldera, near the shops and the cable car. Since we stayed on the highest floor, we could just step out of our room, climb 3 stairs and there we were in the shopping district! The view from our balcony cannot be beaten. We saw the caldera, cruise ships tendering, ferries comin... wat mensen zeggen » g and going and the cable car. - Everything was amazing! Great breakfast, excellent customer service! Markos and Stefanos were amazing! Room was clean, phenomenal location and view, every thing was perfect. Our ferry was two hours late, we were ecstatic that the driver for Nefeles remained at the port until 230am to wait for us.

  Anemomilos hotel is a very convenient hotel. The room that I stayed at actually included two bedrooms, and a big living room with a kitchen. The toilet also had a jacuzzi in it. Also, because we got the basement apartment we had a big terrace where our friends could meet. But we skipped that and just met all the time by the pool! There are a couple of su - - Stavros and his wife were phenomenal! They were very kind and attentitive, picked us up and dropped us off when we arrived and left, and went out of their way to be helpful. - The room was clean, well-equipped and decorated and had everything we needed at an incredibly good price - including a balcony with a view over the ocean! -The people in Fira in general were the loveliest we have come across in our travels through more than 30 countries! They were kind and helpful and asked nothing

  The staff members are very courteous and hospitable. Mario in particular works hard to make sure that guests settle in well and that we have info about where and how to go places including good reasonable places for dinner. The staff (including the owner) are really nice and helpful. Although we missed the pick up at the port (for some reason we were not informed of this), on arrival we got free frappé(greek iced coffee) and homemade wine (which is really good), the owner (sorry i can remember how to spell his name) even sent us to the airport for free at the end.   The hotel is super! The hotel is very well located - a three-minute walk to the cable car and the stairs that lead to the old port. We had family room. Two floors, two bedrooms, large living room. Jacuzzi is in the bathroom. Very nice and comfortable room with great views and a terrace in front of the entrance! A wide variety of drinks in the mini... wat mensen zeggen » bar. Plenty of towels - to use in the room and take to the beach. The staff is very friendly! They help in any issue. Two speak Russian. Two days we - This is a great hotel. Couldn't really ask for anything more. If you truly want to enjoy Santorini and make the most of your time, stay here. We didn't have to worry about finding a mediocre restaurant with a view because we had a 24 hour view right from the comfort of our room. And with a patio you could buy some wine or beer and sit outside as long as you wanted. Not to mention that this isn't a large hotel, so you really feel catered to. Every morning breakfast was brought to us in our room,

  Hotel very clean and staff helpful. breakfast could be more interesting but plenty of choice. coffee dreadful would not bother offering it. pool fantastic and so clean. pool bar quite expensive but we found that all over santorini. bathroom quite old, showers would be better as the bath was quite high to get in and out and for someone old wou... wat mensen zeggen » ld be difficult. some works needs doing to update the hotel a little, we found the shutters in our bedroom did not close properly so if we had some w - Pretty good value for money. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates.   I was lucky enough to find the very best accommodation in the very best place in all of Santorini, Amerisa Suites. !!!!!!! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, the view, the location, the sunrise and mostly the staff was wonderful. All of them were so helpful and friendly and that was what i needed most! I had a private balcony overlook... wat mensen zeggen » ing the sea and a complimentary bottle of Santorini wine. The breakfast served on the terrace was a highlight, was incredible. Highly recommend!!!! - The service is excellent. The owner kindly upgraded our 1x double bedroom and 1x triple bedroom to suite and it was totally amazing! I like the complimentary wine offered and placed nicely on the desk when you stepped into your room. The view was excellent. There is a small path across the mainroad towards the city centre which take less than 10 minutes to reach. However, it is a bit steep for old

  The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  Heel mooi hotel / appartement. Bij de haven werden wij opgewacht.door een chauffeur met een mooie bus. Hadden wij niet op gerekend echt een verrassing. Aanwezig was een stapel handdoeken en extra dekens en een kluis met sleutel. - The pool, the room, and the quiet atmosphere was great. - Spatious room, very clean and comfortable.
