The apartment had a full size cooker and fridge. It was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Situation. Close to the old town and the main activities. Nice view on the sea and close to the small beach at the end of the street. Don' t expect luxary in this place, it' s more like backpack but really convenient. There is a bar at the groung level so you can have your (nice) breakfast there or have a drink at night. It' s usually busy so a little bit noisy if you want to go to sleep at 8pm. Good experience, I' ll be there again if I' m back in Chania.

The facilities at Madonna Studios are excellent, but the real difference is Thomais. - I liked the room which was big and bright, I could easily prepare my own dish as the cooker, coffee maker, kettle were provided or go to the tavern which was just across the street. the landlady was very helpful, kind and she even baked for us traditional cakes with cheese!! we had fresh flowers every day too.I stayed for 3 days and truly enjoyed it.
