  I have now stayed twice at the Gaestehaus Linsinger and I found that the pleasing high standard of my first visit was maintained. Comfortable room, pleasant location and an excellent breakfast - Comfortable room, great views wonderful breakfast, free bikes for the day and a bus pass.

  Me and my family (mom, dad, husband) loved the good and free wifi (a rarity in Germany), the wonderful staff, and especially loved the food! We had dinner at the hotel (too lazy to go back to Nurnberg), and it was hands down the best we ate all trip! We found the food to be high-quality, with a gourmet touch, and quite reasonably priced! The location was charming, and the hotel facilities were perfect for a family traveling with children. The restaurant was very good and casual.   We stayed in the guesthouse which is about a 3minute walk down the road ( not exactly on the property) from the main building. It had a full size bed and bunk bed and they set up a baby cot and the room was still a decent size. In between the main hotel and the guesthouse was a barn with cows, attached to a house. We also had access to all the facilities (if you're in the guesthouse make sure to ask for a key to the pool - We were looking for a hotel to spend the night on our way to our holiday destination. This hotel was close to the highway, but not so close that you could hear it. The hotel itself consists of 2 parts - the main building with the hotel and the guesthouse some 200/300 metres down the road. Main building was basic but clean and nice. It was very near the bicycle trails and was a convenient location to explore the lake from. The restaurant had Bavarian favorites as we as many Hungarian dishes and was very good. Since the weather was cool, we ate inside. The decor was lovely and very clean. Our room was simple and small but perfectly clean and well appointed. The only thing lacking in equipment was a hair dryer.

This hotel is still under construction (only outside) but everything inside is new and clean. Price (including breakfast) is acceptable. There are many wine shop (hotel also has a shop) and you can testing and buy various wines. - The owner is very warm, friendly and helpful! They are renovating a second location across the street where our room was located. We had a room for four which was very nicely redone and very roomy and modern. This small town is very quaint with many eating choices. The breakfast at the Café was very nice. They also serve cakes, etc. during the day! Very easy to get to Wurzburg for site seeing!
