  Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. - Excellent service

  There was nothing I didn't like. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was welcoming and hospitable. I like that the hotel had a fitness center and sauna. The breakfast was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Munich. - Brand new hotel, everything was very nice. Staff was super friendly.   staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth. But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures. Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale. Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

  Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which doesn't usually happen... wat mensen zeggen » especially when we have our daughter with us. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff is excelle

  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. Supermarket nearby, will definitely stay here again! - The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.
