  I am extremely positively impressed by the behavior of the entire staff who checked me in and checked me out of the hotel. Furthermore, the Hotel General Manager Mr. Kayhan Kilit handling with my requests and complaint was extremely impressive and more than satifactory. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the spirit if the hotel facilities and friendly... wat mensen zeggen » customers-centric attitude. That is why, my next Munich visit will be to this Location. I highly recommend this Hotel not just for its close proxim - The hotel is very new, and has very nice installations. The staff is very friendly. There is a great garden with a "sandbox" and toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and restaurants nearby. Very family friendly. Washing/dry machines in the basement for 4 Euro each program.

  vriendelijk personeel, goede service, prima ontbijt - nice room with a little fridge, stove, microwave etc. They gave two bottle of water and two bottles of beer a day for free which is very rare in Europe. This was the best placed we stayed during our entire trip accross europe. - Great room, very nice hotel, very nice hotel staff

  Fantastic location everything is within walking distance and their are a lot of great restaurants close by. Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped. Budget friendliness compared to other hotels in Munich. In other German Cities, like for example Frankfort, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, the price would be much to high.

  It's great to go on holiday and have your own apartment. It was really comfortable. We had a huge sofa and a plasma screen. It is really close to the city centre and the shopping streets. It has several restaurants nearby (one is at the ground floor of the hotel) and a pub next door. People at the reception desk are really nice and helpful, though... wat mensen zeggen » sometimes they don't really know what you're asking for because they're not much into excursions, train timetables, etc. However, they helped us as m - It was an excellent location just off the main shopping street in Munich. We were two underground stops from the main railway station and in walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We slept three people comfortably. Self laundry facilities were available. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.
