  At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).   Some of the staff were wonderfully friendly, the breakfast had ample variety, and the location made it easy to get to all of the sights. Some reviewers have noted the less desirable neighborhood between the Hbf and hotel. There are casinos and such, but we never felt unsafe - and we only ever saw this on arrival and departure to Munich. We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night and had a room for 3. All beds were very comfortable and room was big enough for 3 people. The breakfast was very satisfying. The railway station is only 5-10 minutes away by walk. I would stay there again.

  Location is tops - close to the tran centre of town and many tourist sites. Brakfast was good. - Visited 22/01/09. The hotel is nice, well situated, good quality. It was a little bit cold in the room, but it was not a serious problem.
