Clean, spacious room close to my conference venue

1. Why does a 4-star hotel have to charge a fortune for internet usage in the room when it's free in the public areas? 3. There was 1 single English TV station in the channel selection, no more. 3. I never saw the staff smile and when I asked if she could recommend my husband and I a café, the lady replied "here in the hotel", when I added "and outside of the hotel?" she just said "about 15 minutes walk from here" - not very helpful.

The hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and very quiet. Facilities were brilliant.

Good location. Nice design of the rooms.

The Wifi in the rooms is not for free. The gym is quite the tiny one with the minimum equipment. The choice of meals for the breakfast might be wider.

- Great installation, everything looks new and clean. A lot of design furniture. - Spa facilities are small but work very good. - Staff is really friendly and helpful.

- Wifi is free at reception but it costs 9€/day in the room. - Pool's water was a bit cold.

Perfect location to stroll around Tiergarten and the zoo, more or less quiet street, very cleen and nicely decorated rooms, stuff is very helpful. Simply amazing!

Very good price to value. The hotel and rooms are in a very good condition. There was enough storage space for the luggage in the room.
