  Romantic country house in a huge garden, big rooms with personal items ( like books) and old furniture, spacious terrace, used but clean, I felt like at my grandmother's home. Shared toilet and bathroom clean and ok, warm water, towels etc provided. We ( three aged backpackers;) enjoyed the atmosphere, central location and discreet but helpful own... wat mensen zeggen » er of the place - the lady was German language teacher, she speaks both English and German fluently, it is a pleasure to talk to her. If again in Mest - This is a lovely old house just off the central square. The room we were allocated was very large - there were two double beds in it. There is plenty of space as you can also sit out on a long veranda overlooking the mountains. The landlady speaks German and English - she was very kind indeed and helped us a great deal when my wife was ill. Towels are provided and the shared bathroom facilities are fine.We would definitely recommend this place.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden. We were supposed to stay one night but decided to stay two more nights because of the atmosphere and the food, which is high above average. The tour is extremely good value, and takes you to amazing places in Mingrelia, visited by only a handful of foreign travelers before. - 1. Beautiful garden. 2.
