Helpful and attantive personnel. We were given kind of lux room instead of booked much cheaper standart. Hotel and rooms are clean, well planned and decorated. It situated in a renovated mansion on a nice downtown street. It's small size makes it very cosy. Located in a pleasant walking distance from all impotant sites of the city, sea in particular. Everything was clean, quite new, tea was avaiable at any time.Breakfest was quite good, at least big enough for men. WE STAYED 2 DAYS AND BREAKFEST DIDNT VARY MUCH. Good, quiet location and close to the center in the same time, generous breakfast served until early afternoon, extremely helpful staff (english/russian speaking), fast and reliable WiFi. It was noisy constraction just across the street, but it was going to be finished soon. \just small ,but important things, we didnt have hangers for the clothes and shover was bit leaking, but htis was really very minor things. The teapot was in the hall, not so convenient. In room 26 one of the two beds really need a new mattress. Nothing. The rooms are like in the 90-s, toilet system does not work well, mirror was falling off the wall. Was also charged double for 1 night. Will see if i get my money back.
