  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. If only all the ch'ti were as friendly as the staff in this hotel ... - The staff simply couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

  Great stopover on the way to the ferry. The staff were exceptionally friendly and did their best to accomodate us and our 8 month old baby son. Not too many people were staying in the hotel when we were there and the evening menu was very short - a choice of Hors d'oeuvres, a couple of main courses and a dessert buffet but all were excellent and e... wat mensen zeggen » xceeded our expectations. Breakfast was surprisingly good too. Located just off the motorway but is right next to a lake, which some of the rooms over - I do not know which hotel all the moaners on these reviews stayed in but it was an excellent hotel. Clean, nice good size room well decorated and the bathroom was luxuriously finished. Breakfast was excellent and ALL the staff friendly and well organised. Also good as has 24hr check in useful if traveling and cant guarantee arrival time.Stay here again any time.

  Lovely hostess, she is very friendly. The rooms are very nicely decorated with a lot of eye for detail. Ideal for a weekend away as a couple, very romantic. We were in the 'fire' room and it was perfect. There is a pool, a nice suana for two and jacuzzi. The breakfast is brought to your room, you can sit on a table there. Also use of funny slippers, bathrobes, etc... - Every thing, the hot tub, the privacy, the fridge. Love every bit of it.
