  Excellent value for money.Fantastic staff that were very friendly and helpful in getting around Paris. Very quiet but central to everything - hotel ok, lovely and central in Paris. Reception staff polite and helpful. Rooms ok, Decor not very attractive!

  The location was fantastic close to shopping, transportation both train, hop on off bus, transport to airport. Great coffee just down the street. Close to walk to just about anything that you required. Internet access was terrific and channels available on the television. Access to telephone with calls was most appreciated. Overall a terrific apar... wat mensen zeggen » tment with the chap who greeted us being very welcoming and helpful. Couldn't really speak more highly and would use again on another trip to Paris. A - I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers. Even though it was only one bedroom, it worked perfect for us! The kids loved it and the location is awesome!! The terrace is great, something you won't have at other places. It was easy to get checked in and the things offered at the apartment were more than I would have expected. I would absolutely stay here again

  Staff: The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, especially in these days when the breakfast time was managed by a young man, whose name unfortunately can not remember - the whole "organization" was unnoticeable and really friendly. The room was very clean and relatively large (for Paris), but the sofa folded for sleeping to the teenager filled the whole free space, so four - We staid for 9 nights - rather a long strech for tourists. The hotel was good, rooms clean and functional (not specious as we anticipated), the breakfast was excellent, the location - outstanding. We would like to particulalry commend the receptionist named Jehen, who gave us excellent service, was extremely helpful with recommndations pf where to go or where to eat around the hotel.   La chambre était spacieuse et le personnel fantastique ! Nous y sommes allés tous les commentaires notes et n'aurions pas pu trouver mieux. La vue depuis la terrasse n'était pas terrible mais le service et le restaurant compensait largement cet inconvénient ! C'est un peu cher mais on en avait pour son argent. L'hôtel est juste à la limite du champ... wat mensen zeggen » donc le shopping et regarder les gens étaient quelques instants. - All the staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was the best it could be. The services were superb; they made all my museum and restaurant reservations for me in advance. The linens and bed were plush and comfortable; I slept well for a change! Great location with extremely close proximity to George V metro station and Arc de Triomphe. I recommend this hotel highly.

  The view from our room on the 21st floor was outstanding, looking out over the city with many of the most famous sights to be seen - wonderful - Garage onder het hotel. Erg vriendelijk en prettig personeel.
