  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square.   We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area. The staff was VERY helpful and professional. They helped with rail tickets, boarding passes, directions for sightseeing and anything else we needed. I like the boutique feeling of the hotel. It is small and cozy. The location is exceptional. It is just minutes from the Louvre, the Seine, Musee D'Orsay and the Opera. It is very convenient to the metro and to wonderful Japanese restaurants.

  We adored the ambience and feel of the hotel. The bar was divinely intimate and lit for lovers like us in mind, the reception area was so beautiful and our superior room was well appointed too with grand windows covered in miles of sumptuous fabric. We loved the decor of the Regina and even though there was renovations happening, we were not at all inconvenienced by them. Our stay - The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli ) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, two Paris icons - what's not to love?! Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the hotel as we ate out at all times.

  The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. We felt like we were guest in here home, not just staying in a generic h - Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

  Personeel zeer vriendelijk + valet parking was perfect! Auto werd opgehaald en bij vertrek stond auto al weer klaar mét de bagage al in de auto. Kamer was schoon en verzorgd, misschien iets aan de kleine kant maar dat zal zeker de pret niet drukken tijdens het verblijf. Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen bij pont neuf en Chatelet, een groot metros... wat mensen zeggen » tation waardoor je niet veel hoeft over te... - Reeds tweede maal dat wij L'Empire bezochten en opnieuw was het uitstekend. Erg proper tenopzichte van andere hotels in Parijs.

  The staff was wonderful. We stayed for five days and this small boutique hotel provides an exceptionally well trained, multilingual staff that is available to really "care" for their guests 24 hours. They made wonderful suggestions and never spent as much time with us as we needed. The location is terrific for the museums and the wonderful shoppin... wat mensen zeggen » g. They also have a lovely breakfast buffet. All in all the experience was terrific. - Everything! From the lobby which is so, so, one of a kind, the resto and its design, my wow! Blue room ( even got butterflies painted on the walls of my wc) and my friend gave a screamed in excitement when she got her so wished for fushia pink room! ) to the wonderful staff ( they are very good in English) it made our first Paris visit a very memorable one! Love to stay here again when in Paris.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. The ac wasn't working for the first day but they sorted it out as soon as we told them. Breakfast is very good in a lovely room in the basement, and the waitress was very friendly and happy. The location close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay is great. We could see part of the Louvre from our bedroom window (if we h... wat mensen zeggen » anged out of the window a bit). - Great welcome. Discreet and helpful members of staff. Excellent location. This was great for me as I cannot walk for a long time. I was then able to stay in the vicinity, have a good time but still come back to rest in between. I loved the bath and shower. It was very clean. I loved the collection of art books and wished I had had more time to enjoy the mezzanine to read.
