The staff, helpful, polite and extremely welcoming. Calm, quiet and relaxing feel of the hotel. My husband and I loved the design and our room was fabulous. Very comfortable bed and arm chairs. The staff were also very courteous and helpful. We've stayed in various hotels in Paris. This one beats them all. We also ate at the restaurant of the hotel, and highly recommend it!

  The room was so lovely: warm and comfortable. The space was used very well and the room had a nice luxury to it. It can be hit and miss in a big city but this was just perfect for returning back to after a long day of business. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! Frederick and the hotel staff couldn't have made our stay nicer!!!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.
