I am stay in Paris every year in Sept for an exhibition. This time was first time when booking an apartment and it was great idea. The location is great , very close to Metro and grand magasins. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and fully equipped. Although furniture is basic is very French. Really nothing to complain . Only issue is

The hotel was all in all excellent! It is located north from the
Montparnasse Metro-station, just meters from the St.Placide Metro-
station. The rue de Rennes is a commercial street with many shops,
boulangeries and cafes. The hotel itself is a brand new boutique hotel,
decorated with very good taste and the room was super clean and
comfortable. T

I would strongly recommend this hotel for American tourists, especially
for first-time visitors to Paris. At Legend the beds are extremely
comfortable, the rooms are a bit more generous, and the elevator is
actually large. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, as
well as professional. Moreover, the location is perfect for first-time
visitors since you are near a major rer station (Montparnasse) and can
virtually go anywhere in the city. And the breakfast they serve has many
cold cho
