  On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.   We stayed at 4 seasons suit and although crazy expensive, it was perfect. I wish I lived there :)
