The hotel was all in all excellent! It is located north from the
Montparnasse Metro-station, just meters from the St.Placide Metro-
station. The rue de Rennes is a commercial street with many shops,
boulangeries and cafes. The hotel itself is a brand new boutique hotel,
decorated with very good taste and the room was super clean and
comfortable. T

I would strongly recommend this hotel for American tourists, especially
for first-time visitors to Paris. At Legend the beds are extremely
comfortable, the rooms are a bit more generous, and the elevator is
actually large. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, as
well as professional. Moreover, the location is perfect for first-time
visitors since you are near a major rer station (Montparnasse) and can
virtually go anywhere in the city. And the breakfast they serve has many

Gregoire is a nice size apartment , two bathrooms, lounge/sleep area & separate upstairs for parents. The are is very chic with lots of bars, restaurants etc in near vacinity. There are also supermarkets close by & 100m from Odeon metro station. Would absolutely stay again! -

Great apartment in a great location.
Good size for a short trip, well furnished with all the essentials.
Me and a friend stayed for 4 nights and had a fantastic time - we were a minute's walk from a metro stop, plenty of shops and a delicious boulangerie which we got breakfast from most days!
Being on a fairly busy road we were worried about noise
