  Nathalie welcomed us warmly. A lovely mix of two separate buildings - modern style hotel (automatic lights on when needed) comfortable room (even had reading material in the toilet!), own patio overlooking the lake and lovely grounds. We ate in the old mill building which had a lovely outside area to sit and relax before the meal. The food was e... wat mensen zeggen » xquisite, cooked by Francois, Nathalie's husband. A typical 5 course gourmet meal and a very large champagne and wine list to look through. Very goo - We stayed in the separate house, Clara. As the weather was very hot, we appreciated the air conditioning that only this accommodation has. The evening meals were fabulous, 6 courses !! and the chef encouraged us to sample traditional french delicacies. He even prepared alternative food when we didn't like the first offering. Source Bleue is in a beautiful and tranquil setting and is well sign posted from Gudmont Villiers. Natalie and her staff made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed the most r
