It is an apartment hotel with no personnel. You get a key code and get in. But I forgot my phone in the hotel and they brought it to the airport, where I got it back at my arrival. Great service .It is a real apartment and well furnished, good TV. Very cozy and clean apartment right next to the airport. Amazingly, not the slightest noise from aircraft or close by motorway could be heard! Free parking space next to the house. Nice privacy and easy booking!. alle beoordelingen »

Nice kitchen set-up for making your own meals. |Considering the weather was very hot the first few days of my stay, the balcony offered some relief from the heat inside the apartment.
Location to airport.
window curtains can't cover the entire windows - bright light from the street made it difficult to sleep. Forenom didnt honoured my reservation and wanted to put me in some hostel without even shower and toillete and what obviously didnt cost the money I've paid. After many phone calls I've been able to stay one night at the place I booked and on the other nights I had to find some hotel for me so very bad experience. Forenom doesn't treat their customers how they're supposed to.
I would prefer the use of e-mail AND cellphone messages for sending codes, and a Tel. line to contact staff in the main entrance.

- admin sent room code, but didn't send room-nr.
- 'had to ask for wlan code
- after checkout admin accused and charged me for breaking interior which has happened before my stay (dropped charges later after calling service hoteline though).
No airco or ventilation of any kind to cool things off a bit. The beds were not proper beds....only a thin foam mattress....sleep was very difficult. Since this was not a hotel, there was no restaurant/bar present, so no way to socialize or relax with other people. I felt isolated.
Remote to anywhere, no reception, no information regarding taxi's etc i was stuck without information to get a taxi, this is definately not for a solo traveller relying on transport other than hirecar.
