  It was our second visit to Matkailumaja Heikkala, and the impressions are as positive as they were during the first visit. The cottage is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and warm. Enough space for three adults and a 5-year-old child to spend leisure time with comfort and pleasure. Excellent combination of price and quality. Lovely place in private environment, but still close to the Ruka's Centre. Really good prive-value rate. You can find everything in the fully-equipped kitchen from dishwasher to the toaster.

Very comfortable hotel in a good setting. Unfotunately did not get the chance to sample the pool and leisure facilities. - The room was spacious, especially the bathroom.   The hotel was close to the train station and the surroundings were pretty especially with the freshly fallen snow. The receptionist, Anne W. was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quite nice and my room was very cozy. The bed is comfortable and everything was very clean. Dinner was expensive but the quality and flavours were - Location is simply beautiful - marvellous park, historical place and buildings, very nicely combined with the modern ones. Friendly unobtrusive staff, very clean rooms, interesting food in restaurant, good breakfast.
