All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under
age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top
for what we were hoping for. We loved it!

Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. In Prague was not affected, he did the whole thing for us

they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G.

The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful. The location in Nove Mesto is within 20 minutes walk to major attractions, but there is also a subway station and a tram station nearby. -

We loved that the rooms of this apartment are separate and discrete, nothing bothers your sleep. The furniture is new and the apartment seems to be recently renovated. We appreciated, that there was a kitchen at the apartment – we saved a lot of money by cooking and not eating out all the time. The price was adequate. Overall the value for money ratio as great and I can definatelly recomend this apartment.
