The apartment house was full, but they had rooms in the hotel and they sent us over not making us pay a penny. Amazing people, great attitude!   Liked all the usual bits - nice apartment, comfortable, quiet and modern. The real standout was Vaclav, the Manager. He is a real gem. We had the misfortune to pick up a puncture in the wheel of our hire car. Vaclav noticed it , and without us asking, volunteered to help. So that our stay. He refused to add his time/ ef - We were pleased to have so much assistance from the staff. Not only were they friendly and open but also helpful with some practical issues. E.G. The owner Vaclav after we had checked out drove us to the city to his friends hotel, where we could leave our bags and use their kitchen. He showed us around the area. We had almost 5 hours before the flight, therefor we needed to know some places near by the metro, like a good restaurant, a playground for our kid and an Internet cafe where we can pri

  Clean rooms, friendly staff, and economical. There was one person who made our stay especially nice. Her name was Klara. She was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. Klara spoke English very well and provided answers and directions to all our questions about Prague, transportation, and currency. There is limited gated - Excellent staff, excellent place and excellant accomodation. Reception is very friendly, she lent me several local currency when I arrived at the hotel. The place is quite easy to access public traffic towards city centre. Nearby there are several countries' embassador's residence. The facilities in the room is very comfortable. Nice breakfast.

The view is amazing, its possible to see the castel, mainly at night.
