  Excellent location - two minutes from Charles Bridge. Tram stop right outside, close to metro so it's easy to get from airport - DO NOT GET A TAXI. Free wifi. Lovely wc/shower. Doubleapartment had a a nice kitchenette with hob fridge and kettle, with cooking equipment. Quiet enough - there weren't hordes of tourists outside. - Loved everythi... wat mensen zeggen » ng about this place: apartment was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable; the staff was very helpful; and the location was perfect, just an easy walk across the Charles Bridge to Old Town, plus tram stop (and Starbucks) just outside. Highly, highly recommend!

  All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top for what we were hoping for. We loved it! Advertised as room for 4 (2 double beds) we had come prepared with an air mattress for the other two adults but there were also two full size couches and a love seat. A ful... wat mensen zeggen » l kitchen (which we would have usd a lot if we had stayed more than one night) and a bathroom with a shower and a full-size bathtub plus the toilet in - Nicole and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful the appt was beautiful inside very clean and well furnished the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spotless very well positioned for tourists highly reccommended. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . Altogether I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again a great experienc

Our room on the 4th floor was excellent with wooden beams on the ceiling, bathtub, bathrobes, free coffee/tea making facilities and free Wi-Fi.   Great location just behind Charles bridge !! Michel was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and very warm and bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is very large and has a hair dryer, in the room was boiler to make tea and coffee, small fridge and seif.   I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. I would love to thank espec... wat mensen zeggen » ially the front desk staff, Mr Martin, he has been a very friendly and helpful guy in giving advice not only about the hotel and facilities, but also - We stayed in a building adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value. I don't have a lot to compare with but wines were comparable to us wine store prices in the restaurant not a 2 or 3 times multiple. Withou
