The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit

The location is great: right next to the metro and and the "Pedestrian Street" with loads of shops and restaurants. It's a couple of metro stops north of the Hong Kong border at Luohu. Staff were efficient. The price was reasonable. You could find cheaper, but the price was good considering the location, room size and extras (fridge, bathrobe, hairdrier, toiletries etc.)
