  I was impressed, didn't expect too much from my usual experience with Chinese Hotels. One thing I know for sure after staying at the Somerset, I'll be a loyal customer from now on. This is a 4 starts hotel with a 5 stars service. Made feel home. I have stayed at the suite which was amazingly specious, nice decor, great soft bed, cool TV, double s... wat mensen zeggen » ided windows that isolate the noise. The little things makes the difference. Worth every penny. - The general atmosphere of the place. It starts with warm welcome at the check in Desk and ends when you leave. Great team of people doing an outstanding job

  Very spacious, with a bathroom for each bedroom. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was wonderful. It was so nice to be able to spread out and work and relax after long days visiting factories. And the laundry room with the washer/dryer was an unexpected plus! I would definately stay here again! The staff was very helpful. - The staff was... wat mensen zeggen » friendly and very helpful getting us around the area. The room was very comfortable with amazing views. We could spread our work out on the dining room table and relax in the living room with the TV. Also nice having a washer/dryer! I will always stay here while in Shenzhen.
