  Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. A lot of restaurants surround the hotel.The inhouse SPA is one of the most popular ones in She... wat mensen zeggen » nzhen and is a must enjoy , I definitively recommend this hotel. I f I have to come to Shenzhen I will not hesitate to come back in Kaili. . - The staff are English speaking and go out of their way to be helpful, the rooms are well appointed and have all facilities. There is a PC in every room which I found particularly useful. when I went away for a weekend to Beijing they were flexible enough to accommodate me. This is the second time I have been to Shenzhen and I had no hesitation in choosing the hotel again for my visit
