Heel goede waar voor je geld! Een prachtig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral de wasdroogcombi was erg handig. We zijn er 3x geweest in een periode van 22 dagen. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the pedestrian street and public transport, but far enough to not get any noise from it. Lobby is grand, and the open restaurant is excellent, get the grilled salmon for lunch! Gym facilities and pool is fantastic, lots of space and good equipment. The room & bathroom are spacious and well equipped, with complimentary bath salts, fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Location, location, location!
I stayed here twice. The hotel is close to the train station - People's Square, exit 14. It's in walking distance to East Nanjing Rd without all the noise. You can also walk to the Bund really easily.
The staff are super friendly and speak English well. Breakfast was ok-good as it was included, no complaints there.

The ambience of the hotel was really good all through out the hotel, the
interior design from the lobby to the reception to the restaurants and
especially the rooms is outstanding.
The staff were very helpful and eager to serve in whatever way they can. From helping to arrange sightseeing tours or mapping out places to go, or picking up a taxi.
The staff spoke very good english, especially the concierge.

We had a 2 bed room apartment with a study in 18th floor. The apartment
was indeed big, bright, clean, and very nice with the dark wooden floor
(do note however that Chinese count the square metres differently than
in Europe, they count in all public places, 160 m2 in China are around
100 m2 in Europe). The beds were quite comfortable. The garden was also
very nice.

The location of this hotel is perhaps only surpassed by its design. The rooms are something else here! Very well thought out, they could well be the best I ever stayed in. I would also be surprised if the pool did not get any design awards. Awe inspiring! -
