All the complimentary services are also quite good (permanent access to soft drinks, some small food, etc.).   The location is excellent. Many 24/7 stores, supermarkets are nearby. Close to subway stations and YuYuan Garden. The staff speaks good English. There is filtered hot water in the public kitchen and they have a thermo kettle in the rooms with mugs that you can use. It is a great idea. You can also find slippers, toilet paper and towels in the room... wat mensen zeggen » . You can set the temperature in the room which is also great. Their luggage room is free for a day. The breakfast was decent but only for the 20% dis - Location was wonderful! The staff can speak english, not fluently, but they will make an effort to help you if you ask. There is a communal kitchen where you can heat stuff up and a communal water cooker; you get a thermos bottle and you can fill that to make tea or something in your room. This hostel will provide a wonderful sleeping arrangement and good access to Shanghai: three main subway stations nearby ( dashijie (5min walking distance), peopl's square (10 min), yuyuan station(10min))

  Heel goede waar voor je geld! Een prachtig appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral de wasdroogcombi was erg handig. We zijn er 3x geweest in een periode van 22 dagen. Personeel was behulpzaam. En tot onze verrassing was t incl. Ontbijt bij elementfresh. Dit was superrr. Lounge voor hotelgasten met perfecte free coffee. Peoples square ( l... wat mensen zeggen » euk en openbaar vervoer) en xintiandi ( leuk voor s avond om te eten) op loopafstand. Wij komen terug! - uitstekend ingericht, ruim en proper appartement. Erg goed gelegen op de westelijke oever nabij People's Park.

  The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor. The view was not so great, but the room was quiet (except for some no... wat mensen zeggen » ises in the morning). We could leave the luggage at the reception the next day until the evening when we had our flight. We definitely recommend it! - The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly. The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.
