  Really like the place, real Beijing feel. - By its very nature I was immersed in the Hutong and saw how those people live on a daily basis. For one week I got to feel like a real Beijinger living in the Hutong (albeit a fancy Hutong) and see the culture in a way that is impossible for a tour group staying in a fancy hotel.   The staff were incredible, they were great fun and really made us feel at home. The manager was very helpful and made it easy for us to plan our trips and get around with all of his advice. The great wall tour that they provided was excellent away from the touristy locations it was a great experience. The location was good just a 10minute walk from tian'anmen squa - The location is perfect, just 10 min walk away from Qianmen and Tiananmen Square, you can also find subway and bus quite easily around there. The cafe bar is really nice, good place to meet friends. Beds are pretty comfortable, I stayed in a 14 bed dorm, quite a big room, not crowded at all. The A/C works well, hot water 24 hrs, and oh! the bar opens 24 hrs as well, which is a bonus! The price is quite reasonable in Beijing, esp at central area. 4 Stars Recommend

  We arrived in Beijing at 1am in the morning but due to difficulties with the taxi driver finding the street this hotel was on we didn't actually check in until 2.30am. The neon/lighted sign outside the hotel does not read "Beijing Jinxiu Courtyard Hotel" in the english written section however the chinese section does have that name so there was a ... wat mensen zeggen » bit of confusion as to whether we were at the right place but luckily some locals helped us out. The staff don't speak a great deal of english though - the station is very near to railway station. it's convinent. beautiful yard. special building style. classical.

  I stayed in this hostel with 2 of my friends, so we rented a 3 beds only room and it was good enough for us. I think this place is good for travellers. We wanted to explore the city, so having a bed and a shower was all we needed. The airconditioner heated up the room nicely, so even if it was November, we weren't cold. They gave us the game, and also had books to read, and the stuff was friendly with us, even - Great staff, always responded to the call for help, we even call me back on the other side of Beijing and people were looking for information for us to intereneite later pepezvanivali. Was there in the winter, I think there are very comfortable in the summer, especially in the yard! Pongravilos me there!

  This was the best place we stayed in china! The staff were great! We swapped emails and I will defiantly be retuning just to stay here and see my new friend! The staff would help with anything you needed, great advice, helped book tours, great english. One night they even cook my and my parents dinner :d loved it! They were tremendously helpful to us and very friendly and caring. It was very close to the main attractions of Beijing but in a very quiet area. We felt very safe.

  The staff were friendly and profession. At the raffles you feel comfortable and get the feeling of being at home. Hotel was very clean and you got value service for your money.   Location was super the city is wonderful. Why would you want to stay in the hotel anyway! So the beds were fine. Vieuw was a poster ( who cares) bathroom had multiple blurred windows between the room. I stayed with my brother and it was not inconveinient at all. As for the toilet paper, the are using small rolls but they will give you more when ... wat mensen zeggen » you ask. Breakfast was exellent! Oh and they have floor heating!! Yeay! - The people are really helpful when you ask for assistance and they our trip great. The location of this hotel is fantastic as some of the main attractions in Beijing is all in walking distance. Great place and we would stay again.
