Hermosa instalación frente al río Cruces, linda vegetación valdiviana que lo rodea. Habitaciones amplias recién renovadas y atención gentil. The scenery was beautiful with just a short walk to the river. The hotel grounds and the lobby. Nos agradó prácticamente todo, con excepción de la atención en el desayuno. The staff at the front desk was at times very casual which came off as rude. The restaurant was very expensive for terrible food. At checkout our bill did not match up with our original booking price and the services we utilized(There was a discrepancy of at least $50). This is very dishonest. Wouldn't recommend you to stay here. It appears that in the past this was a five star hotel, but the necessary improvements don't meet this rating currently.
