  The hotel had free shuttle from airport and back to airport. It also has complimentary breakfast, which was good for me. Accommodations were good and comfortable. I had a very good night's rest which left me refreshed. There are a number of facilities available within the hotel. I might not have used them but it was good to see they were available... wat mensen zeggen » . Also use of the internet was free! Overall I would recommend this hotel especially if staying overnight to make a connection. - The location from the airport is excellent and costs half of what the hotel at the airport does. It's exactly 5 minutes by car and the transfer is free. The room was large and comfortable with two big beds. The business centre even allows free printing, something I haven't seen before. The staff were accommodating and flexible with check-out ( normal check-out is at noon, which is already generous).

  We chose this hotel because of the excellent location in the heart of Providencia and also because it looked a bit different from the standard tower block. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was charming inside with an unusual layout, a comfortable lounge and a lovely outside patio. There were always biscuits in the - Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden with tables. Well-functioning internet. Comfortable rooms. Good location with several first-class restaurants around. Self-service coffee and snacks are available in the evening, adding to your feeling of being in your second home.

Convenient location for all the best parts of Santiago; great bars, restaurants, galleries, shopping, museums etc. all within walking distance. 5 mins from Santa Lucia metro station. Efficient, friendly and helpful check- - Having Santiago be my first port of call in South America as a stopover, and as a solo female traveller, I was praying it was safe, easy to get to from the airport and the staff spoke reasonable English (for my Spanish is poor). I was delighted to find ChileApart was all of the above. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very stylish and although small, had everything you could possibly need. Thanks ChileApart for making my first impression of South America a great one!

  Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home. - The staff were so helpful and supportive. We needed to have late checkout as our flight was leaving late in the day and it was no problem. The breakfast was amazing!
