  Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help: a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it. b. We ... wat mensen zeggen » wanted to do a specific tour in Santiago. We realized at 7:30PM and the tour was from 9PM. The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish - We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

  Excellent location in the city center, and close to a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. Our room was excellent, comfortable and quiet. We had my wife's birthday dinner at the hotel, we were given extra wine and an extra dessert, and had a delightful evening.   I do not know where to begin. Our stay at the Ritz, Santiago was absolutely fabulous. The minute we arrived, we were wonderfully greeted by David. He was so helpful throughout our stay. It does cost extra, but it is well worth it. The food presentations in the Club Lounge from breakfast to lunch, snacks, hors d'oeuvres and c - The hotel is well located in the center of Santiago.
