Big room big bathroom location in a quiet part of town

So many dogs in the place - on the elevators.....and big dogs. I let some elevators go by so I didn't have to be enclosed with one or two big dogs.

The staff at the hotel were very professional and extremely helpful. The hotel facilities were superb, especially the pool area.

We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. And the location -- harborside -- was perfect. A short walk along the water takes you into town, or you could ask the concierge for a complimentary ride. Wonderful hotel!

Friendly staff. They Missed picking up our breakfast room service list and comped the breakfast. Appreciated that service Kept our bags once we checked out until we needed them. Nice view from room.

Good location. Not right in the city centre but close enough to walk there. Pool was good, and the room was comfortable & clean.

I was disappointed not to have a harbour view, but the room was still decent enough. As a vegetarian, I feel the choice of food in the restaurant was a let down. Granted it was a seafood restaurant, but I think there should have been more choice for us non-meat/fish eating people. As a result, we dined elsewhere.

Location was decent. Staff very helpful with recomendations for day trips. They have a van that will take you to where you need to go within the City.

Parking is expensive but a reality. Shower in the tub and water preasure not the best.

Front desk staff was very accommodating regarding the problem we had. See what we didn't like.

The first night about midnight, our door opened using a key pad, but was stopped by the safety chain. The people kept pushing the door to get it open and made a lot of noise. I got out of bed and yelled at them to go away (which they did). I called the front desk to complain and they seemed to know what was going on and apologized. We had a long conversation in the morning resulting in a complementary dinner at the Blue Crab.

We loved the indoor outdoor pool and jacuzzi. And we loved the location overlooking the harbour, and the wonderful restaurant.

My view was lovely,as I got a Harbour view room. The room was clean and orderly,and the bed very comfy. Hotel itself was nice looking,with amenities that I wanted. Nice place.

Didn't like the fact that I had to run around to find a parking spot,and then,end up parking outside,and still paying for it,while the u/g parked vehicles paid the same as me. I wasted over a half hour trying to find a parking spot,and then ended up in a spot that I was not happy with.

Staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful. We had excellent bay views and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The on site restaurant was wonderful. This hotel is top notch.

Nothing bad to say. Sadly we left after 3 nights. Wish we could have stayed even longer.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and employees were very helpful. Our breakfasts were served by the windows overlooking the bay and harborside walkway. Sea planes, ferrys, pleasure ships, and walkers (many with pets) passed beneath us.

Very nice staff, always helpful and friendly. The children loved the pool. Excellent location for walking around the city. Restaurant food was very good.

Rooms need a bit of an update. Room never got made up for the second day.

We had an extremely enjoyable weekend...we really enjoyed the location on the waterfront, as well as how central we were for other downtown tourist spots.

This is not a complaint, but more of an observation that the furniture in our room was worn (eg, prefinished edges of dresser and nightstands were worn through)

The hotel was a fabulous retreat. Service was always swift, polite and efficient. The room was spacious and quite comfortable. I'd love to stay there again.

The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent! 很喜欢这家酒店, 也在down-town只是在边缘, 从地图上看好像挺远, 实际步行到帝后饭店就15分钟, 在内港岸边, 景色很好, 在房间里的露台可看到海湾, 价格实惠, 酒店还有游泳池。超赞的是酒店的餐厅"Blue Crab"是维市上榜餐厅，几乎全能看到海景，坐在酒店餐厅边吃边欣赏海景，太棒了！

The cost was too high for no breakfast. Also, we had hoped for a harbor view room but didn't want to spend the extra $40. As it was, our confirmation sheet showed $358, and on our way home we noticed we were charged $199 per night.

It's very close to downtown, yet in a lovely residential area, right on the board path by the harbor.

I would have preferred a better view from my room, looking straight into tge harbor instead of to the resudential area, but it wasn't a bad view.

Very clean room, new interior. Nice and helpfull hotelstaff. Good locatie, near centre. Great restaurant, special compliments voor waiter Chris: you can see he loves his work and gives good suggestions for dinner.

I had hoped to borrow a wheelchair for my mother. We have traveled before and the hotel usually has one to lend. We asked the front desk and she tried very hard to locate one for us but no success. Appreciated the effort

We enjoyed the ambience. The view of the harbor from our room was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Our room with 910 and we found it of good quality. We definitely will be booking at another time.

Be quite honest we didn't find anything that we did not like about this hotel.

Excellent staff; convenient shuttle van; location to Inner Harbour amenities; pool/gym; pleasant views in the lounge and restaurant; clean, comfortable accommodation.

Blue Crab Restaurant food and timing of service (not the server's fault--caused by a communication glitch in the kitchen); signature crab dish was not served hot and was not very tasty; dessert took over one hour to be brought to the table; would not recommend to friends/family.
