  Pillows were both fluffy, but flattened nicely. The beds were very comfortable. There was a big concert in town with lots of younger adults. They had filled most of the hotel. The staff graciously placed me on the top floor away from most of the noise. It was WELL appreciated! - Parking was very convenient, it was very close to St-Lawrence Ma... wat mensen zeggen » rket and the concert we were in town for. The room was clean, but very basic. We did not get to try the complimentary breakfast as we had an emergency to attend to and had to leave early in the morning.

  Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel is in an excellent location and we were able to walk everywhere... wat mensen zeggen » . - The staff was helpful and courteous, the hotel bar makes an excellent dirty martini and our server was very very meticulate, the overall appearance of the hotel is quite grand.

  The room was spacious, and there was a separation between the bedroom and the "living room" area. 2 HD TVs with many channels. The bathroom was divided to 2 - one room with toilet and shower/bath, and the other spacious sink area. I will definitely return.
