  I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Trying to visit family and getting out too early in the morning, in a ... wat mensen zeggen » hurry, but I would definitely avail myself of the lounge next visit! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep. It's somewhat off the 'beaten path', although the route to it was straightforward & well signposted. Room was clean, tidy & the water was hot. - Really like the main lodge.   We live in Vancouver and visit Whistler frequently. We like the location of the Chateau as it is at the base of Blackcomb and away from the late night noise of the Village. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk into town to access all that it has to offer. My wife and I love the Mallard Lounge late at night for a drink by the fire. It's one of those moments when we f - I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

  Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. Service once again fantastic!! My husband wants to keep returning for future celebrations! Thank you!!!

  Our two-bedroom suite was modern, beautiful and well-furnished with everything we needed. We made good use of the pools and the hot tubs and enjoyed the serenity of the mountain view from one of our balconies. The resort afforded a peaceful, luxurious getaway from the daily grind. Great vacation spot! - The resort is in a great location and has all the amenity's required for a nice stay. The 3 Hot tubs and 2 pools are excellent and are a great place to unwind after a fun filled day Golfing at one of the many world class golf courses. The room I had was perfect for 2. It also had a nice view and the room was equipped with all the right comforts for a great stay a true 4 star trying to be a 5

  This is a first class luxury establishment. I stayed in Suite #302, which had a wraparound deck overlooking the harbour/bay of Sooke. It was beautiful. This luxury hotel offers everything the discriminating traveller expects. And the location is......perfect!   The location and the Spa. The maintenance staff were very willing to send a cart down to the beach to retrieve my 91 year old Dad. Many thanks!!! - We went with a group of friends all with kids. It is a great place and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend and go back again.
