Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. Thanks Kevin!!! -

I was very happy with the location since it was my first time to Penticton and was easy to find. Perfect location to attend the Event Centre which was across the street. Plenty of parking, great place to start the evening next door at Bar One and Denny's on site for ease of getting breakfast first thing in the morning.

Tho courtyard itself is great. The pool very clean, great temperature, lots of places to sit/lie down. The bbq's were a nice touch. The rooms were comfy, not splashy, but clean, some items a bit worn, but still usable. Staff brought in new towels every day. Staff was very helpful and nice to speak with. Kitchen was supplied with almost everything you needed.

The price was very reasonable to start with and then we were upgraded to a suite for the same price. The rooms were extremely clean...the sink and bathtub actually shone. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. The location for us was perfect. We would definatly stay here again and would highly recommend it. -

The Riverside resort was a great last minute experience that I'm happy to have had. It was a phenomenal price for all the space we were given in the cottages and the staff was very upbeat and helpful. Cab rides to the village were only about $10, and the Junction cafe that's on the lot had wonderful food and lattes. I would definitely go here again!

The hotel and room have all amenities that you would need. It is clean, comfortable, the rooms are a decent size, the breakfast, pool and hot tub, waterslide,laundry everything is fantastic! For a 3 star hotel you couldn't ask for more and we have stayed here a ton. -
