The staff were very helpful, although letsbookhotel.com messed up on our
reservation, so when we arrived there was no room for us that allowed
pets. The staff actually asked others to move so we could stay there
with our dog.
Hotel was clean, and room service was great. Perfect location at a decent price. -

from home. The motel has earned House Keeping awards for many years in a
row. Many barbeques available for year round use. Nice picnic and play
ground area. One person Swiss owner who is not out to price gouge.

The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the
fireplace and the heating system worked very well. The breakfast was
adequate. The first morning the front office staff was very quick to
replenish supplies that had run out for the breakfast.

Excellent value for money. This is the first hotel between Calgary and Banff, and only 10 minutes from the park gate. Facilities are simple but perfectly adequate, if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep. -

Stayed in many motels and have low expectation usually due to low price point. This motel was shockingly nice. Other than it being laid out like a motel it likely could have been 3 star hotel. I don't ask for much other than quiet room, clean and comfortable. This was great stay. Very friendly staff too.
